At the time, there was a sub-postal station located in Titusville, FL, that served as a bulk space philatelic unit of the KSC HQS/Orlando regional branch. The same branch facility was at Orlando International Airport during the early shuttle missions of the 1980's. Apollo-SoyuzI reposted this SCOTW in memory of Millie Hughes Fulford.
